I was once told that Angkor Wat sunrise and sunset are one of the most awesome sights to behold in the world. I could only comprehend this spectacular awe when I saw it with my very eyes. Waking up at 4am in the morning to catch the sunrise is simply worth it!

26 August 2008, I embarked on a journey to Siem Reap, Cambodia. It marks another footprint on my travel photography road map in exotic Asia. Cambodia is truly unique in its own way. From the delicious Khmer curry to the spectacular Angkor temples, sight and sound of the Indochina culture can be felt virtually everywhere. Indeed, it was a remarkable and intriguing travel experience for a city person like myself to witness the lifestyle in Cambodia. Also, not forgetting the Khmer Rouge that had devastated millions of innocent Cambodians. The end to this genocide has marked an important chapter in the history of Cambodia. The photos taken during this trip are dedicated to the people of Cambodia.

Micro Four Thirds

Olympus has announced the development of a new standard to complement the original Four Thirds. It's called the Micro Four Thirds. This spells a whole new revolution in digital photography. Imagine a killer point&shoot with portability unmatched by conventional DSLR system. Luckily I have not sold away my Four Thirds gears!
